What is an architectural franchise?
An Architectural franchise allows individuals to operate under an established brand, using proven systems, tools and support to offer architectural and design services in their local markets.
Who can become a franchisee?
Typically architects, design professionals, experienced draughtsmen or technicians or project managers in the construction industry. Strong business acumen and a passion for design are key.
Do I need to be an Architect to become a Franchisee?
Short answer is No, you don’t need to be an architect to become a franchisee of DWG Plans. If you have some experience in either architectural design or have a flair for CAD design, then you can become a franchisee.
We will have an initial discussion with you to determine if you would be suitable based on your experience and background.
What are the start-up costs?
Our franchisee fee is £12,500 which covers the use of the trademark brand name, office equipment, software (1st year subscription), branded uniform and the training and ongoing support.
What is the earning potential?
The sky is the limit… but on average, we would expect a turnover of £100,000 pa, which should be achievable using the tools and training provided along with your own determination.
